Home Dead Home Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Home Dead Home is a casual arcade defense game developed by Rocket Rooster. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use the game.
1. Information We Collect
Home Dead Home does not directly collect personal information. The game does not require an account, registration, membership, or login.
2. Third-Party Services
The game uses, or may use when the relevant feature is included in a released version, these third-party services:
- Google AdMob — provides rewarded and interstitial advertisements.
- Firebase Analytics — helps us understand general app usage and improve the game.
- Firebase Crashlytics — provides crash reports and diagnostic information to help us identify and fix technical problems.
- Meta SDK / Meta App Events — measures app installs, selected in-game events, and advertising campaign results so we can understand whether our advertising is effective.
- Unity Gaming Services (Authentication and Leaderboards) — powers the online score board for Endless mode. The game signs in anonymously: no account, email address or social profile is used. When you finish an Endless run, the game sends the player name you typed yourself, your score and the wave you reached, together with an anonymous player identifier generated for your device.
These services may process information such as advertising identifiers (including the Advertising ID or IDFA where permitted), device and operating-system information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, app interactions and usage data, advertising data, crash logs, performance data, other diagnostic information, and — for the online score board only — the player name you chose, your score and your wave number. This processing is performed under the privacy terms of the relevant service provider.
3. Advertising and Attribution
Home Dead Home shows two kinds of advertisements: optional rewarded ads, which players choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward, and occasional full-screen interstitial ads shown between chapters. Google may use device information and advertising identifiers to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising, subject to device settings and applicable consent requirements.
Meta App Events may receive app-install and selected app-event signals to attribute and measure advertising campaigns for Home Dead Home. On Apple devices, access to IDFA and tracking across apps or websites is requested only through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and only after the user grants permission where required. If permission is not granted, tracking requiring that permission is not enabled.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information processed by AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Meta App Events and Unity Gaming Services may be transmitted to and processed by Google, Meta or Unity for advertising, advertising attribution, analytics, app functionality, security, and diagnostic purposes.
5. Children’s Privacy
Home Dead Home is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly target or collect personal information from children under 13. Advertising attribution or tracking features must not be enabled for a user known to be under 13.
6. Security and Retention
Third-party service providers apply their own security and retention practices. Data is transmitted using encryption where supported by those services.
7. Your Data and How to Delete It
You can ask us to delete the data connected to your game at any time.
How to request deletion
Email bbekec@hotmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the player name you chose in the game (shown on the leaderboard and in Endless mode). That name is the only way we can find your entry, because the game never asks for an account, an email address or any other personal detail. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your leaderboard entry: the player name you chose, your score and wave number.
- The anonymous player identifier that Unity Gaming Services created for your device.
What we keep, and for how long
- Crash reports and usage statistics (Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase) are kept in aggregated form and are not linked to your player name, so an individual record cannot be located or removed. These are retained according to the default retention periods of those Google services.
- Advertising data held by our advertising partners (Google AdMob and Meta) is controlled by those companies, not by us. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), and you can change your consent at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the game.
- Game progress saved on your device (chapters, stars, gems, settings) never leaves your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it completely.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game or its services change. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
